Second Annual Leadership Summit

Pilots for HIMS Reform is proud to officially announce the dates for our Second Annual P4HR Leadership Summit, scheduled for August 21st through August 24th, 2026.

As our coalition continues to grow, we believe it is important to once again set aside dedicated time for strategic collaboration, long-term planning, advocacy development, and organizational growth. Much like last year’s gathering, this Leadership Summit will serve as a working session focused primarily on coalition leadership, core initiatives, and the future direction of the movement.

A Time to Collaborate, Strategize, and Build

Over the past year, Pilots for HIMS Reform has experienced substantial growth in visibility, participation, and momentum. With ongoing outreach efforts, legislative discussions, oversight engagement, and increasing interest from aviation professionals nationwide, the need for continued coordination and thoughtful leadership planning has become more important than ever.

The Leadership Summit will provide an opportunity for coalition leaders and key contributors to come together in person to discuss long-term organizational goals, advocacy strategy, coalition growth, member support initiatives, public awareness efforts, and future priorities.

Unlike a traditional conference or convention-style event, the Leadership Summit is intended to be a collaborative and evolving working environment rather than a heavily structured public program.

Potential Opportunities for Broader Participation

While the summit is primarily intended as a leadership-focused planning session, coalition leadership is also exploring possible opportunities for limited outreach, engagement, or participation from additional members and supporters during portions of the event.
